A 6-Month Journey to Your Next Level

Through a structured 3-phase framework, we’ll strengthen your leadership presence, expand your influence, and develop the confidence to advocate for yourself, your team, and your ideas.

Each phase builds on the last, and your mindset is the foundation that supports all of it—helping you replace overthinking and self-doubt with conviction and confidence.

Over the course of six months, we’ll meet about two times a month for a total of 14 one-on-one sessions. You’ll build these skills step by step, applying them in real conversations and decisions, testing new behaviors, and refining them with support and feedback along the way.

PHASE 1

Uncover and Assess

We’ll start by assessing and articulating your leadership style: the values, strengths, and behaviors that define how you lead. Together, we’ll uncover where there may be gaps between how you see yourself and how others see you, and identify the habits or thought patterns that may be holding you back.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Your Leadership Branda framework that defines how you want to be known, the strengths you want to amplify, and the actions that reinforce that image 

  • Clear insight into how others perceive you and where to focus to close any gaps

  • Greater self-awareness and confidence in the value you bring

  • An action plan to intentionally shape perceptions among your most critical stakeholders

You’ll gain the confidence that comes from knowing your value and your vision. Instead of wondering how others see you, you’ll have clarity on where to focus and the tools to take deliberate steps that shift perceptions over time.

PHASE 2

Visibility & Influence

Once you’re clear on how you want to be known, we’ll focus on expanding your visibility and influence. You’ll learn how to adapt your communication style to different audiences, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and increase your presence across the organization in ways that feel natural and authentic. You’ll practice with real scenarios, and we’ll refine your approach together.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A personalized Visibility and Influence Plan that outlines where and how to raise your profile strategically

  • A Stakeholder Playbook identifying your most important relationships and how to nurture them

  • Practical strategies for adapting your communication style so you can connect and influence more effectively

Promote and Advocate

We’ll focus on communicating your value with confidence and advocating for the opportunities, resources, and recognition you deserve. You’ll learn to share your accomplishments in an authentic and natural way, build sponsors and advocates who amplify your impact, and elevate your presence both inside and outside your organization. 

You’ll walk away with:

  • Tools and scripts to advocate for yourself and your team with clarity and confidence

  • Practical ways to promote your work without feeling braggy

  • A personalized External Presence Playbook for expanding your visibility beyond your organization 

  • A stronger sense of agency and control over your career trajectory
