We start by doing a mental detox. We identify your limiting beliefs and the negative chatter in your head that’s no longer serving you. This gets you in the right frame of mind to expand your idea of what’s possible, helps you see yourself in a new and empowering way, and sets you up to begin your journey from a position of strength and resilience.

Get clear on what you want

Together, we align your next career move with your values, strengths, and what you uniquely have to offer the world. You’ll get clear not only on what you want in your next role, but what you want out of life. Your career is just one element of what makes you a holistic and enriched individual.

Develop the plan

We map out the approach for how you’re going to land your amazing new job. You’ll use new and existing relationships to find the hidden jobs and unexpected opportunities. You’ll feel confident knowing you’re moving in a purposeful and planned direction and have the tools and systems to keep you organized and on track.

Communicate with confidence

Once we know what you’re after, then we focus on highlighting your relevant skills and expertise. You’ll understand how to succinctly and clearly communicate your value, ensure your resume and LinkedIn profile are showcasing you in the best light, and gain the tactics to powerfully show up when networking and interviewing.

Negotiate and seal the deal 

I’ll support you with scripts on how to handle compensation discussions throughout the interview process and we’ll get you comfortable countering your offer. You will get lifetime access to me for any and all salary negotiations. When you negotiate, you’re doing your part to reduce the gender pay gap.
